build muscle, make friends and influence people. No, not spam e-mail I received today, but the book I picked up, the Five Tibetans. These yoga rites seemingly give you the body and health you had dreamed of in 20-30 minutes a day. Without running. I shall start tomorrow and keep you updated with my progress.

Lots of people buy that book (in the German translation, obviously) here - I'd always vaguely wondered what it was about.

Come on, Lukeski. Updates please. Have you now got a body like the man in the illustrations (or was it already like that?)? How long would it take me to get like that? Will it happen after one 20/30-minute session?
