Lovely. Snow's not such a big deal here, of course. Does it raise your spirits (not that they need raising, I'm sure)? And are you planning a wintry birthday/Valentine celebration?
London's infrastructure came to an almost complete halt. And travelling on the overground bit of the Central Line almost reminded me of the bank of snow you see either side of the train when travelling through Russia. I am cocnciously avoiding any kind of birthday celebration - I am not really a fan as they generally have to be either premature or delayed for fear of drowning in a sea of roses, heart-shaped balloons and sickening couples.

And the fact that it had all melted by 6pm, then froze into ice by midnight was also appalling.
