Your Australia prediction is brave. I hope it's right. Flipping Argentina. Hopefully Poldi and the boys will beat them 70-0 in the next round.
Mexico played incredibly well, and the game was most enjoyable. Argentina were lucky to keep Heinze on the pitch, unlucky to have the late goal disallowed. I think the Mexicans can be proud to have pushed the eventual winners to 120 minutes and only losing to the best goal of the tournament.
I swore in a selection of tongues at that Heinze challenge. Anger instantly made me and the Russian speculate why he had a German surname, if ya hear what I'm sayin'. Yes, poor old Mexico. I thought they were going to get their arses whooped, but not a bit of it...
...and flipping Italians too.
Curse the Italians. Ukraine - Switzerland hs been torment. Still can't see anyone better than Riquelme et al...

I didn't watch it, but switched on, following the score online, just in time to see Ukraine score its winning penalty. Chuffed to bollocks for them, of course, although they say the game was worse than Doncaster v Gillingham on a wet Tuesday evening in November. Maybe they can somehow do a Bulgaria in the 1994 World Cup and scrape into the semis. Are they the type of team that 'hasn't made itself any friends with its style of play' though?
